I am wearing them below my belly and perfect for pregnancy but I normally like them more high waisted too.
You can wear them however they feel comfortable to you, they have two strings and a side pocket for phone, keys, wallet, paintbrush etc…
Durable and washable without shrinking (cold wash or similar colors)
